Many residents across Nuneaton have contacted me about problems with Royal Mail deliveries, including delayed letters and parcels, missed deliveries, and periods where no post has been received for several days.

To help me build a clear picture of the problems people are experiencing locally, I am gathering evidence from residents across Nuneaton. This information will be used to raise concerns directly with Royal Mail, Ofcom, and Government Ministers, and to press for improvements where needed.
